Scheduling Policy

To ensure that you get your desired appointment time with a specific stylist, we recommend that you reserve your next service prior to leaving the salon.

Cancellation Policy

Select services require a 50% deposit prior to booking. If cancellation occurs with notice of 24 hours or more, your deposit will be returned to you. A notice of less than 24 hours or a no-show will result in your deposit being withheld and will not be refunded. For all other services, We ask for the courtesy of a notice of at least 24 hours prior to your appointment if you need to cancel your service. This will enable us enough time to contact and accommodate other guests who would love to use the time. If an appointment is not cancelled which results to be a no-show, you may be subject to a charge for that particular service.

What are your hours?

Do you offer braiding?

Do you do highlights and balayage?

Definitely—color is one of our most popular services. We use Aveda Full Spectrum™ color, which is 97% naturally derived, so you get those stunning, vibrant results with a much gentler touch. Can you do corrective color or fix a color gone wrong?

Do you offer keratin treatments or smoothing services?

We do offer Keratin Straightening to help keep your hair manageable and smooth. Pricing is by consultation because it can depend on your hair’s length and texture, but our regulars know it’s a lifesaver during those humid Michigan summers! Do you have any deep conditioning or repair treatments?

Do you do perms or body waves?

What skin care services do you offer?

We offer a variety of Aveda-based facials, ranging from a quick 30-minute “mini” facial ($35+) to our advanced Green Science™ firming treatments. Do I need to have a consultation before a facial?

How often should I come in for a color refresh?
