Scheduling Policy

To ensure that you get your desired appointment time with a specific stylist, we recommend that you reserve your next service prior to leaving the salon.

Cancellation Policy

Select services require a 50% deposit prior to booking. If cancellation occurs with notice of 24 hours or more, your deposit will be returned to you. A notice of less than 24 hours or a no-show will result in your deposit being withheld and will not be refunded. For all other services, We ask for the courtesy of a notice of at least 24 hours prior to your appointment if you need to cancel your service. This will enable us enough time to contact and accommodate other guests who would love to use the time. If an appointment is not cancelled which results to be a no-show, you may be subject to a charge for that particular service.
